Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the product design and requirements.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.
DELIVERY POLICY
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including complete address and contact information.
Raadhaye Arts shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Open box delivery is not available.
Customers are advised to record a proper unboxing video immediately after receiving the package for any damage or missing item claims.
