Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Proper unboxing video
An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claim.

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, design, or finish may occur naturally and should not be considered defects.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges unless the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product received from our side.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

International Orders

Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
