Shipping charges are separate from the product price. Charges depend on the product, package size and weight, destination, and handling requirements.

Any applicable shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

We support international shipping to selected countries. Availability depends on the destination and shipping arrangements.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and similar destination charges are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking details may be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp when available. Please provide a complete delivery address and accurate contact details when placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with or with missing items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Although we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather, public holidays, customs clearance, remote-area delivery or other circumstances beyond our control.
